The Roebuck is a vibrant pub and restaurant in Birmingham City Centre, near Birmingham Snow Hill Railway Station, open for lunch, dinner and snacks.

Fuller’s kitchens are renowned for their passionate chefs and attention to detail, and The Roebuck is no exception. If you visit us for lunch, dinner, or a light bite to eat, you’ll be well looked after by our Head Chef, Daniel Mallinson.

Thanks to our hand-picked suppliers, our pub classics are anything but ordinary – you’ll find British pork sausages from Owton’s Family Butchers in your bangers and mash, and freshly caught haddock on your plate of fish and chips. Our sandwiches are deep-filled, and our sharing platters plentiful, while our desserts are truly mouthwatering. And for a real treat, you can always add a scoop of our very special Laverstoke Park Farm buffalo milk ice cream.
